CICR regrets to inform all registrants and those interested in registering for this program that it has been cancelled. We had every belief that there would be tremendous interest in and support for a program like this, which would offer rare teachings and practices to help people working with situations of conflict and chaos. Indeed, many people from all over the world wrote in expressing their interest in attending and saying how important such a program would be. However, that interest has not reflected itself in a sufficient level of advance registrations to make the program financially viable.

A team, largely of volunteers, has worked incredibly hard with publicity, contacting organizations and individuals, to generate maximum awareness of this program. We had to decide whether to allow this effort to continue for another week or so before taking this decision. But we also realized that people like yourself who have registered would rather know sooner rather than later that the program cannot take place.

 We very much regret having to take this decision and any inconvenience it may cause.  We  would like to thank you for your interest and support for what we have tried to do with this program and hope that we will find another way to make this happen in the future.
